Aussie diets fail the test

The 2016 CSIRO Healthy Diet Score report is here and it's not pleasant reading. 4 in 5 Australians have a below par diet - with an average score of just 59 out of 100. 

The worst culprit for our poor eating habits is the amount of discretionary foods - or junk food - that we eat.
